class to high class residential units.
This is the one division where we
normally pull in all our in-house
services at a fraction of the cost to
our clients to bring their projects to

business that is focused mainly on
providing engineering support. This
division is lead by in-house
Professionally registered Engineers,
Technologists and Technicians with
expertise in water, sewer, bulk
services, internal reticulation,
booster pumps, waste-water
treatment plants, reservoirs, pump-
stations etc

Luthuli Holdings is an umbrella company housing various subsidiaries in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) space. These subsidiaries are inclusive of various departments such as Programme and Project Management, Property Development and Investment, Contractor Development and Mentorship, Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and lastly but not least, Quantity Surveying.
Our identity as a business is based on three pillars: service, innovation and quality. Cost Engineering (Quantity Surveying) Services
Our Quantity Surveying division is lead by seasoned registered Professional Quantity Surveyors. The division is registered with ASAQS as a professional
Quantity Surveying office. All our
completed projects resulted in cost savings for our clients due to the professionalism and experience we have in a wide range of QS services ranging
from pre-feasibility and feasibility
studies, cost planning and advice, cost control, contracts and procurement. Our track-record speaks for itself.
Facilities Management
Luthuli Facilities Management aims
to grow its footprint across various
sectors in South Africa. We are
working hard to build a solid track
record in industrial, low-cost
commercial and residential
buildings. The aim is to assist our
clients in better managing their
immovable assets through FM
principles. We do believe that
proper and guided design principles and life-cycle analysis of a product can reduce the maintenance and operational costs post project
close-out.
Urban and Regional Planning
Luthuli Urban and Regional Planning
department works closely with our
Property Investment and Development division. It is an area of our business that we also seek to grow our experience and capabilities in the not so distant future by offering these services to our Public Sector clients under the various financing portfolios such as the HSDG and UISDG. Currently our involvement in these portfolios is under Programme and Project Management.
Electrical & Mechanical Engineering

engineering support. This division is
lead by in-house Professionally
registered Engineers, Technologists
and Technicians with expertise in.
HV/AC, HV, LV, pumpstations, solar
plants, sub-stations, transformers
and other specialized services.

ABOUT
Luthuli Holdings is the umbrella company housing sub-subsidiaries operating in different sectors within the infrastructure space. Luthuli Holdings is a BBBEE Level 1 and 100% Black Youth owned. The company was started by Mr K'homotho "Nester" Mokhojane. Nester states that "my passion lies within the scope of Programme & Project Management and that is why I believe I have what it takes to make a meaningful contribution to the industry as a whole. If you agree that well-managed projects should exceed customers’ expectations in terms of innovative design, incorporation of sustainable construction methods in the brief, exceed quality expectations and deliver the asset within the given budget, then we should talk".
After working for various multinational corporations in the consulting space, working for various government departments, and also gaining experience working for one of the big 5 construction companies, I gained valuable experience in understanding clients' needs and understanding the direction our industry is headed in, which assist sin understanding changing client needs and changing market trends. I gave myself 10 years after completing my studies to learn as much as I simply could about the industry and also various business models and financing models before venturing out on my own. Within this period, I gained dual registration with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM) and Professional Construction Manager (Pr.CM). In addition, I'm registered as a Quantity Surveyor with SACQSP. Needless to say, I soon realized in this journey and career in the Built Environment, one never ceases learning. My time in the Built Environment industry I have met some wonderful people, industry greats and leaders who nurtured me and eventually became business partners and associates.

His focus is on the public sector and to grow our footprint in KZN, EC, WC and Mpumalanga Provinces
